ATS AudioVisual provides audiovisual production, equipment rental and technical support for all types of corporate, non-profit, government and private events.  From conferences, meetings and tradeshows, to educational programs, parties, receptions and banquets.......we make sure you look and sound great!  We can be contracted for single or multi-day events, or we can provide in-house audiovisual services for your hotel, restaurant, nightclub, conference center or corporate office.

Whether you need a single piece of equipment or if you are planning a special event, we have more than 10 years of audiovisual experience at your service. Based in Southern California, we are near Los Angeles, Hollywood, Long Beach, Palm Springs and San Diego.  We also offer national service in cities like Boston, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix and San Francisco.  You tell us where, and we'll be there!  

We know that time is money, so one call gets things in motion.  First we listen to your vision and preferences.  Next, we give you an affordable, detailed quote that includes equipment and labor.  Once we are in agreement, we go right to contract.  It's that simple.

In the weeks leading up to the event, we will communicate with you about choreography, revised specs, set configurations/diagrams, presenter requests, etc. so that everyone is on the same page.

Onsite, it's a coordinated production.  Our equipment and staff arrives on time, ready to load in and set up according to schedule.  Turns and resets are handled quickly and efficiently, and we work well with the catering, lighting and event production staff as necessary.

When it comes together, it's a great feeling.  We're glad we could be a part of it all.
